Editing a Gift Message After an Order Has Been Placed 🏷️
Editing the contents of a gift message after an order has been placed is possible depending on where the message was entered by your customer.
If you are taking gift message on your Product Pages, these come into the individual order as line-item properties. The contents of these are uneditable. The only thing that can be done here within the Shopify order screen is Deleting them:
If you are taking gift message on your Cart Page, these come into the individual order in the Additional Notes section. The contents of these are editable:
