A customer is sending a birthday gift to a friend who lives in another city. Before checkout, they choose to include a digital gift message. They write a message, record a short video greeting, and enter the friend’s email and mobile number.

On the morning of the friend’s birthday, Giftship automatically delivers the message by email or SMS, including the video. The recipient experiences the emotional moment right on time, even before the physical gift arrives.
