Giftship Billing & Additional Usage Charges
Giftship offers three monthly plans, each with a set order allowance. This allowance represents the total number of orders placed through your online sales channel during a 30-day billing cycle.
If you exceed your plan’s order allowance, additional orders will incur a per-order usage charge based on your plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by navigating to:
Giftship Dashboard → Management → Billing & Account
Most features are available across all plans, though some are reserved for the Giftship Plus and Enterprise plans. In addition, there are optional features that can be enabled, each with its own usage-based cost depending on your plan.

Giftship also offers optional features that can be enabled to extend functionality. Some of these features may include usage-based charges depending on how they are used.
Google Autocomplete — Optional feature
When checking out with multi-shipping, this optional feature makes it easier for customers to enter addresses. By searching for an address, Google will automatically autocomplete the details, improving accuracy and speed during checkout.
Smart Autotagging — Optional feature
This optional feature allows Giftship to automatically tag orders when they are created or updated. Tags can include relevant information such as gift messages, delivery dates, and more, helping streamline order management and fulfillment workflows.
Digital Gift Message — Optional feature
This optional feature allows customers to send personalized gift messages by email, SMS, or video, delivered at the perfect moment. It works seamlessly with both single-address and multi-address orders.
Bulk Gift Recipient Orders (CSV) — Optional feature
This optional feature enables customers to check out with multi-shipping by uploading or creating a CSV file. It is ideal for corporate gifting and large recipient lists.
Usage-Based Charges
Certain optional features may incur additional usage-based charges depending on how they are used. These charges are managed through Shopify and will be clearly outlined within your billing cycle.
