Giftship Billing Explained (and finding the right plan for you store)

Giftship offers four flexible pricing plans, with different features available on each plan level.

The billing is done on a 30-day cycle, as is standard among Shopify apps. For more general information on how app billing works on Shopify, please see here.

Giftship has a two-tier billing system: fixed + usage based.

There are four plan levels:

Giftship Basic = $29.99 / month fixed + usage based charges of:

• 10¢ per order over 400 monthly orders (includes all store orders)
• 5¢ per Google Autocomplete session (Google Autocomplete is an optional tool that you can turn on for customers going through the multiple shipping address process. It provides predictive address suggestions).
• 10¢ per Autotag (Autotagging is an optional Giftship tool that allows you to add tags to orders, customers, products, etc. under totally customizable tagging options. See more information here: https://docs.giftship.app/article/introduction-to-auto-tagging/)

Giftship Standard = $59.99 / month fixed + usage based charges of:

• 5¢ per order over 1,00 monthly orders (includes all store orders)
• 4¢ per Google Autocomplete session (Google Autocomplete is an optional tool that you can turn on for customers going through the multiple shipping address process. It provides predictive address suggestions).
• 5¢ per Autotag (Autotagging is an optional Giftship tool that allows you to add tags to orders, customers, products, etc. under totally customizable tagging options. See more information here: https://docs.giftship.app/article/introduction-to-auto-tagging/)

Giftship Business = $149.99 / month fixed + usage based charges of:

• 2¢ per order over 2,500 monthly orders (includes all store orders)
• 3¢ per Google Autocomplete session (Google Autocomplete is an optional tool that you can turn on for customers going through the multiple shipping address process. It provides predictive address suggestions).
• 2¢ per Autotag (Autotagging is an optional Giftship tool that allows you to add tags to orders, customers, products, etc. under totally customizable tagging options. See more information here: https://docs.giftship.app/article/introduction-to-auto-tagging/)

Once you have decided on the right plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by navigating to Giftship -> Billing & Accounts.

Giftship Enterprise = $899.99 / month fixed + usage based charges of:

• 1¢ per order over 10,000 monthly orders (includes all store orders)
• 2¢ per Google Autocomplete session (Google Autocomplete is an optional tool that you can turn on for customers going through the multiple shipping address process. It provides predictive address suggestions).
• 1¢ per Autotag (Autotagging is an optional Giftship tool that allows you to add tags to orders, customers, products, etc. under totally customizable tagging options. See more information here: https://docs.giftship.app/article/introduction-to-auto-tagging/)

Please note that you can upgrade / downgrade your plan level at anytime.

Once you have decided on the right plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by navigating to Giftship -> Billing & Accounts.

On the billing page, select the plan you wish to use. You will then be redirected through the Shopify billing process, and back to the app when complete. This must be done while logged in as the “Store Owner” account in Shopify, as billing must be approved by the owner of the Shopify account.
