Introduction to Bulk Gifting (CSV Multi-address Order Creation)

Giftship supports bulk gifting through CSV-based multi-address order creation, alongside standard multishipping.

This functionality is available within Box Builder (final step) and directly in the Giftship admin. An optional replacement for the standard multiship layout will be available soon.

Important
CSV order creation follows the same logic as multishipping. A parent order is created using placeholder products, then archived or canceled, and individual child orders are generated for each row.

Bulk gifting is usage-based and billed per row in the CSV. For full details, please refer to:

Backend Bulk Gifting

Bulk orders can be created directly in the Giftship admin using a spreadsheet-style interface or CSV upload. This is ideal for internal teams managing large gifting campaigns.
